作為來台灣讀書的國際學生,在申請並取得工作許可後,您可以在臺灣合法地工作。這樣,您不僅可以從事帶薪實習,還可以從事其他工作,於經濟層面上支持您的學業並獲得工作經驗。但是有一些注意事項必須要注意,以免觸法喔,這邊幫大家整理出一些關於在台灣實習的重點。
Winter and Summer Internships:
You can intern full-time at an internship institution. You must apply for a work permit. There is no limit on the 20 working hours per week. The working hours are in accordance with the Labor Standards Act of Taiwan.
Internship duration (year):
According to the Employment Service Act of this country, the working hours per week are limited to 20 hours, and you cannot take internship courses. Overseas internships are handled in accordance with local labor laws and regulations. If you meet the internship course hour requirements for the semester or academic year, you can take internship courses.
(Chinese students are not allowed to do work-based internships in Taiwan)
Notes on applying for a work permit
Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao students, and foreign students who come to Taiwan to formally enroll in a course, department, or graduate school can apply to the agency after admission. However, foreign students who come to Taiwan to study language courses must have studied for more than 6 months before they can apply.
※ The conditions for overseas students to apply for work-study programs can be found in Article 50 of the Employment and Services Act and Articles 50 to 55 of the Employers’ Permit and Management Regulations for Employers to Employ Foreigners .
